Requesting a booking

If you want to request that the choir sing at event, send an email to the choir (or contact the president from the Contacting Us page) with your pertinent information (your name, church/institution name, address, phone number, requested attendance date, seating capacity). Someone from our board will contact you to work out the details.

Keep in mind that we are usually booked at least half a year in advance so this means that any requests received now would likely be put into our schedule for the the next calendar year. If due to scheduling changes we can accommodate you earlier, then this will be worked out.
